To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be in their original condition, including packaging, tags, and any accompanying accessories. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange for items that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@wichargers.com to obtain a return authorization number. Returns and exchanges must be shipped back to us at the customer’s expense, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7 business days of receiving the returned items. If you used a gift card or store credit to make your purchase, the refund will be issued in the form of store credit.
Please note that customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
